Exceptional people to work with! They uncovered some very questionable construction used with previous window replacements. The crew called their manager who appeared within 20 minutes and worked with them to resolve the issues. They were all very polite and professional and adhered to our contract, not charging anymore for the hours of additional work necessary. They cleaned up inside and outside, not leaving a single nail or piece of debris, and the main office followed up to be certain everything was to our satisfaction

I had two individuals from window world came out to 1418 1st avenue Waterford New York. It's a rental property of mine . Over the years I have done business with several contractors or subcontractors and I have to tell you the two individuals that came out to my property I apologize for not remembering their names. They were absolutely the best and the best and extremely professional did an amazing job and a very short period of time. I just want you to know whoever owns this company that those individuals are detective employees you absolutely want I wish I had more of them for myself. Just amazing and I really appreciate the professionalism and the quality of their work

It has been about 14 months since Window World replaced all the windows in my home. I wanted to wait before I offered a review to see if problems developed and how Window World would deal with those problems. My opinion: Window World of the Capital Region is a trustworthy company that installs a high quality product in a professional manner. After two winters, there have been no (zero) leaks of air or water in and around the windows. During installation of a picture window the installer put a small scratch on the surface of the glass. I hadn't even noticed the scratch and did not request replacement of the window. A few weeks later they showed up and replaced the window (to my great suprise). Based on my experience, I highly recommend Window World.

There was a minor scratch on exterior of fan window in door ( manufacturing defect) and they reordered entire window and that installation person was great also. Very happy with this company.

We love our new windows. The entire experience from a service and product perspective was excellent. Only down side was the lead time because of supply chain issues. However they were up front about it and set clear expectations and they were actually earlier than planned. They handled it extremely well and kept us informed every step of the way.

I considered Window World since a neighbor had previously had windows installed by them and was very pleased. I had my consult in February and was told that there was a six month wait time (which I was fine with because no one wants windows installed in the middle of winter anyway). The prices were better than the competition and the lifetime guarantee is definitely a plus so I pulled the trigger.
My new windows were installed in the beginning of August and I'm very happy with how things turned out. The guys showed up early on the day of and were very friendly and professional. In addition to all the other windows I had done, I had two sets of crank style windows being turned into one big slider window (kitchen and dining room) and they made it look effortless.
I would definitely recommend Window World to anyone looking for new/updated windows.
