So glad I chose the professionals from Window World! The job was done on time as promised. All my calls and questions were responded to in a timely manner. The Installers completed the job of installing 12 windows all in one day! They were courteous, cleaned up nicely and were professional. In fact, all the employees I dealt with were excellent to deal with. Would highly recommend.

We had a bay window changed to three regular standard windows with the little squares. We love it. Great job by the installers. If we need any windows in the future it will be with Window World.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company! If there were 10 stars available, I would give it to them. They are above board with everything. No hidden costs. No high pressure sales. I reached out to 3 separate companies and Window World was by far the best. Nick was so helpful and honest about my needs. The installer Jason was amazing! So organized and efficient. He went over and above!!!
I highly recommend this company.

A small piece of experience made my day! I had a piece on a window broken, randomly stopped by to see if they have a spare (not available at big box stores)... And they just gave me a replacement! I know it's an $1 part... but it made my day. Thank you guys!

We absolutely loved Window World of Albany. Ordered 10 windows to be replaced along with stone siding for the front of our house. Jim was our salesman and he was amazing. Checking in on us throughout the installation of both. Because of Jim's knowledge of their product line is why we chose to do the siding, we were only going to do the windows. Jason installed our windows, he was equally amazing to deal with. Windows are perfect, couldn't be happier. He was very respectful of our home and property. Once he was done he cleaned up completely, even wrapped our windows with plastic to minimize the dirt getting into our home. Ryan and Mike put up our siding, they did an excellent job. Very happy with all aspects of this company. Highly recommend them, very professional.

Highly recommend! Super customer service, high-quality and beautiful look. Be prepared to wait a couple of months because the windows are custom-made to order, but it is absolutely worth the wait. In comparison to other well-known window companies, their price point is completely acceptable.

I have to say the experience with window world was incredible from start to finish. The sales people are very down to earth and make sure you get exactly what you want. Shout out to Ed for his fantastic work! Pricing is straight forward with labor included, and the quality of the product. I can’t wait to replace the last few doors and windows and I know exactly who I am going to call!

Good Morning. We had almost total window replacement done 2/25/26. Given that there was a surprise for us about space and placement of the windows. I have to say I'm very pleased with the outcome for our home. Two very intelligent men, a father son team, removed old and installed new. The wind was awful yesterday but they were on the job and getting it done. They were very professional and were able to adjust a bit in the installation. You may not believe it, but I can absolutely feel the difference in our home. I have a couple more windows that I need done and will certainly return to Window World.. Day after I'm pleased.

Very happy with the work done by Dave at Window World! We needed to have 4 windows replaced that were installed by a different company. Prior to the replacement, the room was very drafty. After the install of the new windows, we've noticed a significant improvement in heat retention. The majority of the windows in our home have now been provided and installed by Window World, and when we need the others replaced, Window World is who we'll use.
